Very clean and perfectly located for the centre of Cromer. Wonderfully comfortable bed and sofa. Lovely to have an outside area to enjoy on sunny days too!

Thank you both for hosting our stay in your lovely house. Parking was never an issue even after a few days out exploring the surrounding areas. We visited Hillside Horse Sanctuary which was really heartwarming to see all of the rescued animals being given a second chance of happiness. Also Priory Maze & Gardens well worth a visit, a beautiful and tranquil space. The seals were adorable on our boat trip with 'Temple'. And to return to your homely comfortable house every evening was a real treat. Thank you so much.

What can we say, a very good location with parking just around the corner. Many cafes and pubs just a walk away. Loved the coastal walk over to Overstrand, lovely pub there too (White Horse). The house is beautiful with extremely tasteful decor. Equipped with everything you need. Beautiful sitting area and very comfy beds to get a good nights sleep. The outdoor courtyard is a lovely relaxing spot to sit again with a very good quality table and chairs to sit in. This is our first visit to Norfolk and our stay in Cromer was worth the six hour trip from Wales to stay in this beautiful house. We will hope to be back and will be recommending 12 Hans Place to our family and friends.
