Front door leading into the hallway with coat hooks and doors to: WC with wash basin. Open plan, lounge/diner/kitchen: with flat screen, TV, DVD player, large sofa and armchairs with views to the back garden through the patio doors, over to the church and fields. Dining table with 6 chairs, bookshelf with lots of books. Kitchen area: with electric oven with electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, undercounter fridge and freezer. Door to Family bathroom: with bath with shower over, WC and washbasin. Principal bedroom: with double bed, bedside tables, and built-in wardrobe. Twin bedroom: with two single beds, bedside tables and built in wardrobe.
Outside: Mature Garden with lawn, patio, and outdoor furniture. Driveway with parking for two cars.
Please note: Location: Local pub and shop within a 5-minute drive. 20-minute drive to Cromer and the North Norfolk coast. 5 minutes’ drive to Aylsham town centre. 10 minutes’ drive to Blickling Hall. 15 minutes’ drive to Felbrigg Hall. 20 minutes’ drive to Norfolk Broads. 2 x well behaved dogs permitted at £20.00 per dog per week. Bed linen and towels provided. Highchair, travel cot (please bring own bedding provided).

“We had a wonderful 10 night holiday at Orchard Cottage in August. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and very light and spacious as well as having everything we could need. We found a lovely welcome pack on arrival with milk, some Norfolk Tea bags, coffee and cake! Perfectly located for visiting the Norfolk Broads and local Beaches such as Cromer and Mundesley but in a peaceful rural location with complete privacy. ”
