We've had a wonderful stay in this house, so comfortable, with a marvellous homely feel. All appliances are excellent with great cookware and tableware. We have been enjoying North Norfolk for decades but this property is now the absolute favourite. The location is perfect, the closeness and view of the windmill is magical. We walked several miles a day with our lovely four legged Rodolfo dog, in the main straight from the house. It could not be more peaceful. Enjoyed all of the birds including barn owl and a starling murmuration from Blakeney Quay. Thank you, we will return.

Our first holiday in this part of the world, and 3 Beau Rivage proved to be an ideal base. We found Felbrigg Hall and Blickling really interesting. But most of our time was spent on the marshes, beaches, quays and villages which comprise the area. The house is in an ideal position and was the basis for a lovely week.

A fantastic & memorable stay in this lovely house! Thank you for the wine etc. The walks and birds on the doorstep were magical and we were lucky enough with the weather to swim in the sea ! Would recommend 3 Swallows pub in Cley & lovely crab sandwiches from the smoke house in the village. Thank you the house was everything we needed and is so comfortable & nicely decorated.
