Only negatives were the tile grout in the downstairs shower room could have been cleaner . Only other concern - the vent from the oil boiler vents low onto the front patio , so potentially sitting in fumes . The fumes also came in through the kitchen window . The venting location needs addressing . Also customers need to be advised that the sofas have feather cushions - in case of allergies.

All good except no logs or kindling or firelighters as mentioned in correspondence. This would have been welcome as the cottage was very cold on arrival.

The cottage was extremely clean, the decor was warm and welcoming and had the feel of a real home.
