With its peaceful setting and outside fire pit (perfect for toasting marshmallows), this luxury coastal self-catering retreat offers cuddly couples a blissful escape for two and comes with a super cinema room too!

Lovebirds and nature lovers are sure to fall for this pretty place … beautifully styled and decorated throughout with a King size master bedroom with beautiful soft furnishings and linens, an en suite with double walk-monsoon shower plus spacious open plan living area with kitchen and seating/dining area. With a vaulted ceiling in the main living area and large double-height, floor-to-ceiling windows with doors to the front terrace and a mezzanine floor above with its TV/cinema room, it’s the perfect place to have time to yourselves and escape from the outside world.

Quietly located in Blakeney village, up a little loke, this peaceful haven is far enough from the hustle and bustle of the harbour, but close enough to stroll down to the sea in the morning, breathe in the sea air and pick up breakfast along the way.

The wildlife-spotting opportunities abound in and around Blakeney, which is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Keep your eyes peeled for waders, barn owls, marsh harriers, bearded tits, hares and deer. The quay is a great place to learn to catch the local grabs and try your hand at ‘gillying’ and the place to launch sailing and pleasure craft. Head to Friary Hills for a short walk or catch a boat to Blakeney Point, where you can see the seals in their natural

habitat on a stretch of coastline that has a huge variety of wildlife, plant life, salt marsh and sand dunes.

The location of this cottage allows you easy access to enjoy and appreciate Norfolk’s vast open landscape and big skies.

With parking directly outside the cottage, make sure you leave the car behind for a day, pull on your walking boots, step outside and walk the coastal path. With so many fabulous eateries and local produce in abundance along this part of the coastline you can enjoy refuelling and rewarding yourself along the way too! Head back to the cottage, light the woodburner and than recall the day's events while you warm your toes.
