A lovely mid terrace cottage in rural Norfolk situated on a farm. Easy access to the North Norfolk Coat within 30-40 minutes and a 5 minute drive to nearest town Swaffham. Small village Castle Acre is a 15 minute walk away with historical Priory and Castle buildings, a old pub, tea room and local shop & fish and chip shop via a lane which leads down to a lovely spot by the river. The farm has various animals including friendly chickens who like to visit and a cockerel who keeps them all in order. On the whole it was a lovely cottage to stay in and would have stayed longer if there was availability.

This is a lovely location no doubt about it but I found the cleaning lacking, we left it cleaner than we arrived , the cutlery had bits of dried food we had to run it through the dishwasher first, dusty in parts we always take medical wipes so wiped the sockets and remote ourselves. And draws needs waxing as they are difficult to open, note to cleaner check the draws games were an impossible mess .The owner explained the problem messy previous tenants but the cleaner should have a backup plan no matter how it was leftIn saying that the beds were super soft and cosy, the farm wonderful, the host very helpful and friendly the water piping hot. Everything you needed,The only useful things an extra tea towel and a steamer just a hob one would have been useful as we don’t boil our veg
