Upstairs, the master suite has a king-size four-poster bed, roof terrace with sunset views, walk-in wardrobe, and a luxury en-suite with freestanding bath and double sinks. A family bathroom completes the ground floor, while the first floor also features a cinema and games room with an 84-inch TV, perfect for cosy movie nights or family fun.

Outside, the space is made for relaxing and socialising. Two private jetties extend into the lake, ideal for launching your own small boat or jet ski, and guests can also book water-skiing and wakeboarding on a neighbouring lake within the Pentney Lakes complex. The garden features a lakeside terrace with outdoor dining area, fire pit, and a hot tub for six, as well as grapevines, a herb garden, and parking for five cars.

Set within the exclusive Pentney Lakes development in West Norfolk, the property is surrounded by more than 275 acres of private woodland and freshwater lakes, an outdoor lover’s paradise. Guests can enjoy peaceful lakeside walks, paddleboarding, or fishing on the nearby dedicated fishing lake (booking required).
