About this property

Nestled amongst a cluster of idyllic log cabins on the wonderful Pentney Lakes, you will find the beautiful yet rustic cabin of Tamaura Lodge.

Surrounded by tranquil lakes and incredible scenery, this welcoming abode offers the perfect base for an unforgettable adventure in the great outdoors.

Step inside the open-plan living space and be greeted by a homely seating area, sociable dining space and a well-equipped kitchen, together creating a delightful setting in which to entertain your nearest and dearest.

Admire the character and charm of the exposed logs that decorate the walls as you relax and unwind on the sofas, or show off you culinary skills in the kitchen with the help of the appliances that lie within.

Continuing through the ground floor, an attractive double bedroom with its very own en-suite provides accessible accommodation for those guests travelling with limited mobility.

Two further bedrooms can be found resting on the first floor and are comprised of both a twin, and an additional double bedroom with ensuite and access to the family bathroom.

Make the most of warmer climates with mornings spent out on the decking as you indulge in a warm cup of tea and embrace the fresh Norfolk air, before grabbing your walking boots and setting off on a scenic stroll through the countryside to the centre of King's Lynn.

Dating all the way back to the 12th century, this medieval town has all the essentials for a stress-free self-catering stay.

Not only are there a good selection of pubs and restaurants to wine and dine in, but there are also many exciting attractions and imposing landmarks to be seen.

Take a tour of the Lynn Museum and spot the ruins of Greyfriars Tower, before a wander along the 18th century trail of The Walks and a captivating adventure with the Stories of Lynn.

Spend the afternoon in Castle Rising where you will find the ruins of the medieval fortress of the same name, and be sure to pay a visit to the grand dwelling of Sandringham Estate - a firm favourite with Her Majesty the Queen.

Explore the shores of Hunstanton as you soak up the sunshine on Old Hunstanton Beach and see the Wreck of the Steam Trawler Sheraton, before embarking on an awe-inspiring hike along the vast landscapes of the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

With all this and more right at your feet, Tamaura Lodge is an excellent choice for your next escape to Norfolk, any time of year!
