Willow Cottage overlooks the little river Burn that meanders through the pretty village of South Creake and sits opposite the village green where the village ducks have made their home. Furnished throughout with understated style and comfort foremost in mind, enter the front door and you walk into an attractive open-plan living space - a sitting room that enjoys a view of the village, a dining area and a wood burning stove to keep you extra warm and cosy in cooler months. This leads through to a compact but surprisingly well-equipped kitchen that overlooks the rear garden and has a door giving access to the patio and garden beyond. To the side of the kitchen is a fully-tiled modern bathroom. Up the stairs, steep and narrow, are two bedrooms - a romantic master bedroom with a contemporary four post bed and a single bedroom with a trundle option.
Willow Cottage is a lovely spot for guests looking for a bolthole with their dog. This is an ideal base for enjoying easy access to both coastal and rural North Norfolk and just the place to relax and breathe in some fresh Norfolk air; somewhere to unwind and adopt a slower pace of life. If you are feeling active, there's plenty to do and many wonderful places to go, but if you just want to unwind and stay put, there is no nicer place to be!

Access to the rear garden is by the back door.
The cottage also has external access to the garden via a legal right of way with a neighbouring cottage.
This cottage has Norfolk winder stairs. As with older character cottages, these stairs are often enclosed, steep, curved and narrow.

Our 3rd stay here at Willow Cottage. Another fabulous holiday here and the sun was out most days! We spent 3 days on Cromer beach the girls love it here, and we ate lunch at the Rocket Cafe! They enjoyed crabbing on the pier. We also recommend Felbrig and Blickling national trust. Tesco at Fakenham was really handy, Holt is lovely for small shops. We will be back next year!

We loved the cottage and our first stay in Norflok. Two weeks of slowing down. We asked for recommendations in advance and this meant we could find the best bits easily. Though, when I found the Tuscan Farm Shop in Burnham Market I know I'd found heaven! Burnham Overy Staithe and Blakney were quiet and perfect for walks and wells was a great base for boat trips. Do note that the 'seal' trips go from Morston. It may sound mad for two adults, but, the tractor ride at Holkham Hall was great. An interesting insight to mddern farming for an hour.
