Bumblebee Cottage is a beautiful brick and flint cottage situated in the heart of the lovely village of South Creake. Located in a pretty courtyard the cottage offers plenty of character and is immaculately presented with a modern twist. The cottage has been finished to a high standard with newly decorated and surprising spacious rooms, not as you would expect from a traditional cottage. Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen/diner with modern appliances which is partially open-plan to the sitting room with cosy wood burner. There is a separate WC downstairs and three bedrooms on the first floor. There is a beautiful roll-top bath in the family bathroom and en-suite shower room which has been cleverly designed off the master bedroom. Both the double and twin bedrooms could easily accommodate a cot which can be set up prior to your arrival. The third bedroom is very pretty and could suit an adult or child.

Bumblebee Cottage is ideally located in the pretty village of South Creake, an ideal escape for couples and families wishing to enjoy a location close to all the attractions this area has to offer. There are fabulous sandy beaches at Brancaster and Holkham also at nearby Wells-next-the-Sea with it's popular quay and harbour, an ideal place to do some 'crabbing' with the family!

Accommodation

Kitchen/breakfast room:
The kitchen is a lovely double aspect space with shaker style kitchen with granite worktops and belfast sink. The space is a splendid mix of old and new incorporating traditional beams with a modern twist and built-in appliances including an electric oven and hob with extractor and integrated dishwasher. There is a fabulous 'Smeg' fridge with icebox and kitchen table which seats five people and is partially open-plan to the sitting room by an archway with slate floor finish which continues into the sitting room.
Sitting room:
A wonderful cosy room with log burner, two seater sofa and two comfy armchairs with stylish coffee table that sits on the snuggly thick rug which accentuates the cosy atmosphere. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, Ipod docking station and a library of DVD's and games. A door leads through to the rear hallway.
Rear hallway:
With under stairs storage area, coat rack and tiled floor, a door leads to the cloakroom and stairs to the first floor and half-landing bathroom.
Cloakroom:
WC, wall mounted wash hand basin, extractor and port hole mirror.
Bathroom:
Fabulous roll top bath with mixer tap and hand held shower attachment, wall mounted wash hand basin with mirror and a wonderful tiled floor and heated towel rail.
Master bedroom:
A beautifully styled room with double bed and sumptuous upholstered headboard decorated in stylish colours giving a luxurious feel. There are side tables with lamps and a pretty dressing table with mirror. Double doors lead to the 'hidden' shower room.
Shower room (without WC):
With corner pedestal wash hand basin with decorative mirrors and shower cubicle with mains shower and mosaic style tiling.
Twin bedroom:
A delightful twin bedroom with twin 3ft single beds, side table with lamp. The room is furnished with some lovely items of antique furniture including large chest of drawers and dressing table with stool and mirror.
Single bedroom:
A delightful room ideal for children with a 3ft single bed beautifully styled and welcoming to children of all ages.
Outside:
There is a small area with seating within the shared courtyard garden which is used by the two neighbouring cottages. Although there is no allocated parking there is space outside the cottage entrance on the road or
Parking:
There is no parking within the shared courtyard however there is parking alongside the cottage on the roadside or in the lay-by just up the road by the bus stop.
