The Deluxe Oakdale 4 sleeps four one double bedroom with en suite shower room at one end, and a twin bedroom at the other. The centrally located open-plan living area features a cosy lounge area with electric fireplace and flatscreen tv with Freeview. As well as a well-appointed kitchen and dining space with oven, hob, grill, microwave, and fridge-freezer. This unit has an additional bathroom with freestanding shower and W/C. The upvc decked veranda offers a fantastic space to sit and enjoy time outdoors.

anpr: we are operating a new vehicle registration recognition barrier to gain access to the resort, and it is important that we have your car registration details on your reservation so that your entrance to the resort is not delayed. Please call a member of our Reservations Team who can add this information to your booking.

Booking/party types: If your booking means that you do not fall into the family/couple party type, please call us to make your booking. Please note: We do not accept single sex party groups.

If you are booking a 2-night break on a Friday, you are able to check out at 6pm on Sunday.

7-night breaks are only available on a Friday.

PETS: Maximum number of pets allowed in accommodation is 2. There is a restriction on some dog breeds, if you are bringing a pet then please call to check. It is imperative that we know the breed of your dog which is why we require you to call us.

Facilities: The use of the gym is chargeable at £5 per day or £18 per week. Please be aware of the age parameters for the passes onsite; Adult (18+), Young Adult (12-17), Child (11 and under)

If you are booking a 2 night break on a Friday you are able to check out at 6pm on the Sunday
If you are booking a 2 night break on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday check out is the usual time of 10am.

Please be aware the park does not allow 7 night breaks from a Monday.

We provide the tools to create your very own masterpiece. Followed by a Squad Meet and Greet photo opportunity with your Pumpkin. Pre-Booking via Sports Booker required. Adult Supervision is required. (Ages 3+) £6.50 Per Child includes Pumpkin & Tealight. Creat & Make Halloween Pottery - Choose from a selection of "Halloweeny" Pottery. design, paint and take!
