A small delightful terrace property in lovely quiet location. The neighbours were lovely, as was Helen the property owner. Splendid 2 mile walk along the estuary to Kings Lynn as well as to Clenchwarton with a starting route northwards from West Lynn along the estuary. Great bus service to Kings Lynn and Spalding as well as good morning bus to Kings Lynn bus station and wide bus and train connections. Also, with the walks along the estuary, the return from Kings Lynn and Clenchwarton can be by bus which is available on a half hourly basis. There is a good chip shop and butchers in West Lynn plus a local Premier Store.

A fantastic find. This cottage is really lovely. It was clean and very comfortable. Warm and clear instructions for the heating system. (We didn't need them). There were lots of extra touches to make our holiday better; blankets, extra towels for swimming, condiments and things that are often not provided, were all there for us. West Lynn is quiet and peaceful but at the end of the road is the ferry that runs every 30 mins across to the centre of main Kings Lynn. So it's like having the best of all worlds. Unfortunately the 2 local pubs are closed, but Priors farm shop, within walking distance, sells the most amazing prepared meals. There are lovely walks along the river bank too. Honestly this is a fantastic cottage in a fantastic location. It couldn't be better. We plan to book it again in 2027. Highly recommend.

We were very impressed with Kathy’s cottage. Excellent in every way. A quaint & comfortable cottage. Thoughtfully set up for all your needs eg: lots of usb sockets which we found very useful. Great location & quiet, private area close to shops etc. we really enjoyed the Ferry ride to Kings Lynn. We intend to visit again in the summer. Highly recommend. Thank you Helen
