Spotlessly clean everywhere. Plenty of necessary cleaning products and starter milk, tea, coffee etc. Sitting room furniture was very comfortable. Kitchen and utility rooms equipment and heating was easy to use (some cottages install such hi-tech equipment you need to be a rocket scientist to get them going). Lashings of hot water with excellent showers. The pretty garden was secure for our little dog. All in all, the whole place exceeded our expectations. It was a last minute booking and we made the perfect choice! We will certainly stay there again.

Lovely holiday house in a quiet village, beautifully decorated throughout, kitchen, utility, and downstairs bathroom very spacious. Ideal garden fully enclosed and safe for dogs and children. Beds and bedding high quality as were the sofas and curtains in the lounge. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you might need. Plenty of space to park on the front drive. Close to Hunstanton and an easy drive along the coast to Brancaster, Holkham Hall and Burnham Market etc. Eric's Fish and Chips and Thornham Deli only two minute drive away. The weather was lovely, only had rain for one morning so were lucky. I would recommend this property as ideal for a holiday, it was like home from home.

Good location and an easy walk to the beach. Although on the main coast road, it is set back and quiet. Garage has been converted into a spacious utility room and shower room/toilet. Plenty of space downstairs - large living room and decent-sized conservatory off the kitchen/dining area. Bedrooms relatively small but still with ample storage for our stay. Secure rear garden, totally safe for dogs. Good parking for our two cars without the need to shuffle them around when one wants to exit the drive. Variety of walks from the door - Hunstanton/Old Hunstanton, Ringstead, Thornham and beyond by car. We, and our dog, loved the contents of the welcome basket - a big notch above the usual basics. Thank you Caroline for creating a high quality holiday home. We definitely plan to return. We found welcoming establishments in Old Hunstanton, Ringstead and Thornham, although not quite on the doorstep.
