The famous Norfolk Lavender farm is just half a mile from the cottage, while nature watchers can head to rspb sites at Snettisham (5 miles) and Titchwell Marsh (8 miles). Inland, attractions include the Sandringham Estate, Bircham Windmill, Castle Rising and Houghton Hall and Gardens, all within 12 miles.

The cottage is lovely and close to Heacham beach. It is also close to Snettisham and Hunstanton and the lovely beach at Old Hunstanton is only about 3.5 miles away. Sandringham, Castile Rising and Wolferton are all nearby and worth a visit. The cottage was comfortable with a lovely little court yard.

Beautiful quant little cottage. Ideal location to visit the local area. We will definitely be back

I have given a slightly lower score for the gravel garden as it was not at all comfy for our dog to walk on. The shower head would not stay in place and no kindle for the log burner. Although it is May it was chilly on our first evening and I was looking forward to the fire. Overall it is a lovely comfy little cottage.
