Beautiful house in a very good location. Our party was made up of four adults, one baby, one toddler and two dogs. Plenty of room for everyone. The lounge /dining area was fabulous with three lovely large settees and a large dining table that easily sat eight people. The kitchen was also very well equipped . The bedrooms were roomy and I have never seen such big beds! Very clean everywhere. The highlight for my toddler grandson was the tv room upstairs. He loved it.What a fantastic selection of toys and games for different ages. He particularly loved the wooden farm animals and the magnetic darts. We love Heacham and have been several times but this was by far the nicest property we have stayed in. Thank you we hope to be back.

Such a comfortable, spacious, well equipped house, thank you. We'd recommend Old Hunstanton and Wells-next-the-Sea for great sandy swimmable beaches. Sandringham great - get there early for ...... children's playground best we've been to.
