About this property

A beautiful garden for dining in the sunshine and a wood burner for winter cosiness – this immaculate cottage is welcoming and comfortable all year round. Couples or small families can enjoy beach days, foodie explorations or even a walk to the Sandringham Estate, before relaxing at home in this stylish getaway.

Softly natural, neutral tones combine to give this delightful escape a calm and relaxing vibe – just the place for getting away from everything and recharging in a country setting. Linger over your meal at the dining table, then stroll across to the cosy lounge area, where you can gather around the wood burner to read, play games, listen to music or switch on the Sky TV for some entertainment. This space flows through to the charming kitchen, a lovely room in which the cook can get creative. This, in turn, leads to the sleek family bathroom. Both bedrooms, a king-size and a double, are upstairs, offering space for tranquil rest. In the enclosed back garden there’s a small lawn as well as a patio with dining furniture – the space to gather in the sunshine or into the evening, opening up the outdoor ‘bar’ for an al fresco tipple. This space doubles as a store for beach gear which you’re welcome to borrow during your stay.

The cottage is located in the large village of Dersingham, where there are shops, pubs and takeaways, as well as a range of other amenities. The royal estate at Sandringham is just 1.5 miles, with 600 acres of dog-friendly parkland to explore, as well as the gardens, house, shop and excellent places to eat. Fancy a day at the beach? The traditional seaside resort of Hunstanton is just 7 miles away.

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. So close to Sandringham with lovely walks through the forest. Great places to eat nearby- would definitely recommend this

My sister & I spent a long weekend in this cottage, cosy, comfortable & within easy reach of the North West of Norfolk. The heating was on when we arrived which was very welcome on a cool October afternoon. It was not warm enough to sit outside, but the facilities outside are very good. We would recommend to our friends.

Paddington is a lovely cottage. It has everything you and your four-legged friend could need…just aware of the typical Norfolk cottage very steep stairs! Convenient location for beaches and Sandringham, and the Feather’s pub which is 2 mins in the car is fantastic - good food and very dog friendly. Highly recommended.
