Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. 2 small dogs welcome. Bike store. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking.. This newly refurished (in 2018), detached house is ideal for family holidays and groups of friends wishing to explore the north Norfolk coastline. The property is dog friendly with an enclosed garden. Titchwell is nationally known for its rspb nature reserve. The Norfolk Coastal Path passes a quarter of a mile from the house and Brancaster beach is a 20 minute walk, almost entirely off-road. Located between Hunstanton to the west and Burnham Market to the east, there is plenty for the family to see and do with many good pubs and restaurants throughout the area to enjoy, the nearest just 400 yards away. After a busy day exploring this beautiful part of Norfolk return and enjoy the south-facing rear garden in the summer or snuggle up in front of the wood burner on those winter evenings. Beach 1 mile. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

    We had a fabulous stay. The property was well equipped, clean, excellent location, with a superb garden for our two whippets. We know the area really well so knew where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see. We were blessed with great weather which made the break. The view out of the front bedroom windows is priceless.

    A spacious property with a secure garden. Beds are very comfortable and a range of cooking equipment for cooking an array of fresh local produce. Spoilt with two hotel restaurants and a nature reserve in the village. Brancaster beach just a couple of miles away. We loved our family stay.
