Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. 2 small dogs welcome. Bike store. Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking.. This newly refurished (in 2018), detached house is ideal for family holidays and groups of friends wishing to explore the north Norfolk coastline. The property is dog friendly with an enclosed garden. Titchwell is nationally known for its rspb nature reserve. The Norfolk Coastal Path passes a quarter of a mile from the house and Brancaster beach is a 20 minute walk, almost entirely off-road. Located between Hunstanton to the west and Burnham Market to the east, there is plenty for the family to see and do with many good pubs and restaurants throughout the area to enjoy, the nearest just 400 yards away. After a busy day exploring this beautiful part of Norfolk return and enjoy the south-facing rear garden in the summer or snuggle up in front of the wood burner on those winter evenings. Beach 1 mile. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

We had a lovely time during our stay with plenty of room for all 5 of us and a little dog! Paul was very welcoming when we spoke on the phone ahead of arrival and made sure we knew he was only a phone call away should we have needed anything. I'm sure we'll be back again in the future. Thank you!
