What a wonderful cottage. I spent 5 days there with my elderly Mum, who adored it. Totally quiet, very serene and the cottage had everything one could want for a restful time away. So much to do in the surrounding areas - you won't be bored.

Castle Acre is a beautiful village, fantastic location for lovely long and short walks with the ruins of the castle and the priory close. The cottage was lovely, we stayed there for a quiet Christmas retreat and were delighted that the cottage had been decorated and had a fantastic Christmas Tree. The wood burning stove was great, there was plenty of hot water and heating was very efficient. We felt very welcome and certainly would stay again in spring or summer. A very comfortable cottage.

Great little cottage supplied with everything you need. Location is fabulous, lovely walks, village shop stocks all essentials, pub close by and a fish and chip shop. We had a lovely holiday and so did our four-legged friend.
