With a wood burner to play games beside on winter evenings and a lawned garden for summer BBQs, the detached, two-storey property is an ideal option at any time of year.

Return from your shopping trips to unpack your Norfolk produce in the stylish kitchen/diner. Make a cup of fresh coffee in the machine or pour yourself a glass of chilled wine then prepare a delicious meal and call everyone through to the table. Spread out into the lounge afterwards, stoking up the wood burner during colder months so it throws out a cosy glow, then settle down to watch the Smart TV or listen to the Sonos sound system. There is also a handy utility room and a WC downstairs. When all the fun is over and you are ready to head off to bed, follow the stairs up to the first floor. Wells-next-the-Sea, 9.5 miles away, is a bustling seaside town, with colourful huts lining its beach and a light railway that runs to the picturesque village of Walsingham.
