A beautifully presented, immaculately clean and very spacious cottage in a lovely peaceful setting. A wonderful warm welcome from the hosts with everything you could think of, including a welcome pack of essentials. Robes and slippers for the hot tub was such a lovely touch too. Jane and Peter were on hand for any questions without being intrusive, with great suggestions for day trips out and local amenities. The wildlife around was a treat - the duck pond, deer in the garden, rabbits and hares as well as birds including birds of prey. We appreciated the peace and quiet with countryside walks right from the door. The hot tub was also immaculate and a welcome treat after exploring the local area. We’re already looking to book again!

What a gem! If you're looking for a peaceful holiday in the Norfolk countryside but within easy reach of many of the county's attractions then this is it. Bay Cottage is beautifully located in a quiet village complete with duck pond. Adjacent to farmland there is an abundance of wildlife to be seen from the garden. The cottage itself is immaculately clean, well-furnished and comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly want or need to make your stay perfect.Excellent shopping in Kings Lynn, which is approximately half an hour away by car, but smaller supermarkets are to be found in Downham Market which is closer to home.Jane and Pete gave us a lovely warm welcome and provided a very generous hospitality pack with staples and treats to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning on returning in the not too distant future.First class!
