Set in the charming Norfolk village of Heacham, 22 Sandringham Drive offers a stylish and contemporary base for families or friends looking to explore the stunning North Norfolk coast. This semi-detached property sleeps six guests across three well-presented bedrooms and boasts a sleek, neutral interior with light tones and modern finishes throughout.
The heart of the home is its airy open-plan living space, where a comfortable sitting area with a TV flows into a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for a stress-free stay. A separate utility room adds extra convenience with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Three double bedrooms provide restful retreats, complemented by a choice of family bathroom and shower room. Outside, the enclosed rear garden offers a furnished patio and lawn - ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing after a day at the beach. From the doorstep, enjoy leisurely walks to Heacham Beach, famous for its sunsets, or venture to Hunstanton for traditional seaside fun. The Royal Sandringham Estate is nearby, while the Norfolk Coast Path offers scenic routes for walkers and cyclists. With local pubs serving hearty Norfolk fare and attractions such as nature reserves and historic market towns within easy reach, 22 Sandringham Drive is the perfect base for a coastal escape.
Heacham is a large village located on the West Norfolk coastline, on The Wash, boasting a lovely family friendly sandy beach, ideal for jet skis, kitesurfing and windsurfing. The village has many cottages built from Carstone, which is a feature of this part of Norfolk, and also offers a good range of shops, restaurants and country pubs. Within walking distance is Caley Hall, home to Norfolk Lavender with its sweet smelling lavender fields, and Heacham Hall, owned by John Rolfe, who brought his young bride Pocahontas to England to live at the hall (in the local church of St Mary you will find a memorial to her). This part of Norfolk is renowned for its abundance of birdlife throughout the year, with several local rspb sites, while within easy driving distance is Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and Gardens, as seen on BBC's Springwatch. Nearby Hunstanton offers traditional seaside entertainment including a sealife centre, while The Queen's Sandringham Estate is just a 15 minute drive.
