The 400-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Norfolk Broads within easy access to the amazing coastline with wide sandy beaches galore. Just a 10-minute drive from Gorleston-on-Sea where you can enjoy the beautiful golden sandy beach awarded the UK’s best beach 2023. This is a unique setting and perfect for all ages to offer the warmest of welcomes at any time of year. From here you can enjoy peace and quiet, completely surrounded by the Halls’ 18-hole golf course providing enviable views over the manicured fairways.
Wild Grape Lodge has been completely renovated (2023) into a stunning home to create the best holiday let possible! Ticking all the right boxes, offering a wonderfully stylish home, boasting plenty of space so that you can choose to spend quality time with your loved ones or enjoy your own pursuits. You have a fully equipped kitchen and dining to celebrate any occasion in style. The living room offers large comfy reclining sofas; here you can enjoy quality time together with good conversation or enjoy a film, and on cooler evenings snuggle by the wood-effect gas burner. Having three bedrooms, two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite facility, and a bunk bedroom, a firm favourite for children.
Spiral staircase leads up to first-floor accommodation that is tucked away into the roof eaves. Here you have another lounge area, and across the glass walkway is the gaming zone, a great space for the kids to enjoy playing the games console and perfect for family-friendly pool, ice hockey and bar football tournaments. There are two enclosed seating areas, the first-floor glass balcony has garden sofas and a perfect vista of the golf course, the ideal spot to critic your fellow players or simply kick back and enjoy the countryside views. The rear enclosed deck leads out from ground floor accommodation, and master bedroom, and has garden dining furniture and your very own private hot tub.
And to complete your full spa experience is your very own private sauna to further enjoy. Fairway Lakes Park also boasts an indoor swimming pool and an on-site restaurant (booking is advisable) where you can enjoy a variety of culinary delights without venturing too far from home. Please note additional charges will apply for on-site facilities. The swimming pool is open daily from 8:00 - 4:00pm. There are set times for children to use the pool (always accompanied by an adult).

The lodge was amazing, everything included plus lots of extras not expected. The games room, record player with records, selection of extensive board games and films was fab! The weather was too hot to use the hot tub or sauna but again everything provided was above & beyond. I was particularly impressed that the kitchen included an air fryer and things suitable for picnics etc. thank you for a lovely stay - we also caught fish on the ponds on the complex.

Loved every minute of staying at Wild Grape Cottage, wish we could have stayed longer. Lots to do in the cottage including the games room, sauna and all the added extras as well heaps to do in the surrounding areas. Would recommend to anyone!

This was the third Lodge we have had at Fairway lakes Fritton and this was by far the best! The attention to detail of the hosts was Sublime from an ice machine to the vast assortment of board games, from the Juke box with hundreds of CD's and games table which revolves between air hockey ,pool and table football, the wonderful welcome pack and the well though out information folder, every room had a fan in case of hot weather! The large hot-tub and the toasty sauna, The extremely well equipped kitchen which even had an air fryer and a large sandwich toaster and I think I even spotted a Bain Marie for hosting larger families!! We stayed in the lodge for family time and we were not disappointed there so much to do for us all. Plus and it's a big plus the Pictures to not do Wild Grape justice, it is quite breath-taking in it's Grandeur and with the hosts being so good with communication we shall surely return for another holiday with them.
