Excellent value traditional seaside Bed and Breakfast in Great Yarmouth. This friendly place is close to the lovely sandy beaches and bustling town centre, so is ideal for a break in this popular holiday destination. Breakfasts offer plenty of variety and generous servings, to get your day off to a great start.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

Our extra comfort single, double or triple rooms are all en-suite and decorated to a very high standard.

The ground floor Norfolk Suite is large and spacious, with a lounge area, fridge and 26 inch Flatscreen TV and can accommodate up to two adults and two children.

We have two single rooms available which share a bathroom. Some of our rooms feature sea views and their own balconies.

Breakfast

Fresh local produce is cooked in our full English breakfasts served in our spacious and comfortable dining room.  Other dishes include buttered kippers and blueberry cinnamon pancakes with maple syrup.  We'll also be happy to provide any vegetarian or special dietary options and a range of herbal teas are available.

Other Facilities

Although we don't have our own parking, we can provide you with a street parking permit for just £1 per day.  All guest have key access to the front door with no time restrictions.

Although we do not accept dogs at the Beach House we can recommend an excellent guest house who will.

Around and About

There's always lots to do in Great Yarmouth, a popular seaside resort with two piers, a host of shops, mouthwatering restaurants, coffee houses, attractions, pubs, clubs and bars. It's an ideal base for exploring the Norfolk Broads and coast.  Just a short drive away is Horsey where visitors can see new born seals on the beach in December and January. For the keen fisherman Great Yarmouth is ideal for sea fishing.

You are welcome to check in any time between 2-10pm on the day of your arrival; check out is any time up to 10.30am. 

Directions

By Road:  From Vauxhall roundabout junction of A12 and A47, head into Fullers Hill (sign-posted sea front/town centre). Continue forward over roundabout, at the second set of traffic lights turn left into St.Nicholas’s Road. Wellesley Road is the 4th turning on the right.
