An end terrace of three modern houses situated in a village between Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. The nearby towns of Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth have many attractions to suit all tastes and offer a variety of restaurants. The nearest beach is at Gorleston, and there are other beaches at Corton, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Visit Norwich for its cathedral, museums and shops, or seek the thrills to be had at nearby Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park. Alternatively, try Bressingham Gardens, Sandringham, or simply enjoy a leisurely trip on the Broads. Shops, pubs, and restaurants ¼ mile.

Very helpful owner. Excellent communication both written and verbal.The house was spotlessly clean.Gorleston beach less than 10 minutes drive away was magnificent. A vast , quiet sandy beach and long, wide promenade.

Had an enjoyable stay at sea breeze. Parked our car in front of garage and used the buses to explore Norfolk and coastline. Bus stops for Yarmouth and Lowestoft at bottom of road. Kitchen clean, with all equipment needed to hand. would recommend, and will return.

A nice large house and spotlessly clean. Very well located for the broads and East Suffolk/Norfolk. The decor in the house is a bit dated.
