This delightful spacious holiday property with a large enclosed garden, set just 0.5 miles from the bustling seafront at Gorleston-on-Sea, provides a wonderful venue for a family holiday and all year round breaks, boasting a glorious sandy beach and promenade, ideal for enjoying a spot of walking or cycling or sampling the delightful tea shops. The area also offers many attractions including thrilling rides at Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, Fritton Lake Country World and Oulton Broad for boat trips. The quaint harbours of the North Norfolk Coast and the wonderful medieval city of Norwich with its cathedral, castle, museums and galleries are all an easy drive. Shop and pub 0.75 miles.

Would definitely use again if we were in that area, good clean home with all you need for a comfortable stay, close to amenities and near enough to be able to walk to the sea front in probably 25 minutes or 5 minute drive in the car.

We booked Roanne to be near to relatives for a half. term break. Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation. Everything was catered for. It met all our needs. Reasonable distance from the beach and a bus stop just outside. A well stocked welcome box on arrival. It was just the two of us but it would certainly accommodate a family. Would not hesitate to book again and recommend to others.
