The Luxury 3 Bed is a quality sleeps 8 holiday home with contemporary features. With one double bedroom with en suite W.C., two twin bedrooms and additional sleeping in the living area on the sofa bed. The living area is spacious with a comfy corner sofa, flatscreen tv and a lovely fireplace making it perfect for those cosy nights in. The kitchen and dining area is Open-planned and has all the utilities required to make breakfast, lunch and dinner and is also perfectly designed so that all friends and family can still enjoy each others company whilst cooking as the dining table is within the kitchen area. Outside you have your own decking area with extra space furniture, ideal for enjoying a morning cuppa or indulging in a family meal under the stars at night. No Pets.

The park itself has a superb range of facilities such as an on park shop, communal safari dining tent with games, and welcome reception. If you are looking for some activities you’ll find outdoor table tennis, boules court, new children’s play area and eco playground, playing field and there is also private on-park woodland. Plenty to keep you occupied if you fancy a more relaxing time within the park itself.

If you want to explore then there really is no better base, with direct access to the breathtaking Horsey gap beach, here dogs are welcome but must stay on leads as the colony of playful grey seals live here, Horsey Village has the Nelson Head pub should you fancy a refreshment or two. If you keep strolling north you’ll end up at the award winning Sea Palling beach and if you go in the opposite direction you’ll pass through the quaint Norfolk villages of Winterton and Caister. A little further and a short trip by car you can enjoy the family fun seaside town of Great Yarmouth where you’ll find an abundance of arcades, rides, shops, bars and restaurants. You can’t go to Norfolk without spending some time in the Norfolk Broads, if you head into Wroxham you’ll be able to hire a day boat, enjoy some food and beverage by the river and have a walk around the independent shops.

Holiday information:Check-in/check-out For lodge and caravan accommodation and glamping the check-in time is from 3pm for all grades. If you plan on arriving after 5pm, please let the park know so we can arrange for a late check-in. If you don’t check-in for your holiday on the booked arrival date without prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday booking after 1pm on the following day and no refund will be due to you. We require all guests to check-out by 10am on the day of departure. If you check-out before your booked departure date no refund will be due to you.

Vehicles Only :Only one vehicle is included per pitch or accommodation booked, on a first come, first serve basis. Electric car charging is not permitted directly from your holiday accommodation or touring electric hook-up point. Charging of vehicles is only permitted from specific EV charging units on the park. (Please check availability by park). All vehicles and other items of equipment brought on to the park must be maintained to the appropriate safety standards and you must have adequate insurance including third party cover. Commercial and/or branded vehicles are not allowed on our parks. Number plate recognition systems are installed on many of our parks, so we ask that your number plates are clean and undamaged to ensure easy access in and out of our parks.

Guest restrictions :To achieve a friendly, family atmosphere for families and couples, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel holiday bookings, without refund, from (a) persons under the age of 21; (b) all-adult, single-sex groups including hen or stag parties; (c) solo travellers (if we feel the reason for your stay isn't in line with our family focused values); or (d) anyone else who we think might spoil things for other guests. You and members of your party who are 18 or over may be required to provide photographic identification (valid driving licence or passport) at any time during your stay. Failure to provide identification may result in your holiday booking being cancelled and you being refused entry to the park or being asked to leave, and no refund will be due to you. The total number of guests must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation grade or touring pitch booked. We don’t knowingly allow any guest to use or visit our parks who: (a) has an unspent criminal conviction; (b) has an entry on a criminal register (including the sex offenders' register); (c) has any record of any order indicating antisocial behaviour, violence, abuse, public disorder, or criminal damage or any other form of antisocial behaviour; (d) is a convicted sex offender, subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003; or (e) is subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Notice. If you don’t disclose this information about yourself or any other member of your party, and it later becomes known to us, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday booking and we will ask you and the other members of your party to leave the park and no refund will be due to you.

If you want to stay as part of a group that would occupy two or more holiday homes, please call to book. If we do accept your group booking, we may ask for a deposit before your arrival.
