Indoor heated and outdoor pool (Indoor pool: 8m x 4m, depth 0.9m x 1.5m, 10:00 - 18:00) with shower facilities and changing facilities (shared with other properties on site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This location is ideal for families and friends looking to enjoy a seaside holiday, just a short stroll from the beautiful sandy beach. The park offers a wide range of amenities throughout the season for everyone to enjoy. Take advantage of the two swimming pools—both indoor and outdoor heated options—or challenge yourself on the crazy golf course. Race around the go-karting track, let the kids have fun at the adventure playground or relax at the clubhouse, which features a bar and restaurant (daily charges apply).

The accommodation is comfortably furnished, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The lounge offers two large sofa bed chairs for flexible sleeping arrangements, while the well-equipped kitchen is perfect for dining in. If you prefer to dine out, there are several eateries on-site and nearby, offering a variety of delicious choices.

Explore the stunning coastline with its sandy beaches and charming seaside villages, home to amusement arcades, cafés, pubs, restaurants, and shops. The nearby Norfolk Broads National Park is a nature lover’s paradise, offering activities such as fishing, walking, birdwatching, sailing, paddleboarding, or even hiring a day boat to cruise the tranquil waterways.

For those who enjoy walking or cycling, there are excellent routes right on your doorstep, including off-road trails. In winter, wild seals can be spotted breeding on the beaches at Horsey and Winterton. A short drive away, the traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth (just 6 miles away) boasts a 15-mile stretch of sandy beach, a pier with live entertainment, and regular fireworks displays throughout the summer. There’s plenty to keep you busy, from a bowling alley and Sea Life Centre to fairground attractions and a multi-million-pound indoor leisure centre. You can also hire deckchairs or take a boat trip to see the seals at Scroby Sands. For something a bit different, why not enjoy a day at the races, with both horse and dog racing at the local stadium?
