The property is located on the edge of the river Thurne and open fields with cattle grazing on the other. Sit and enjoy views up and down the river or watch the passing sail and motor boats. You can take a walk or hire a self drive day cruiser, fish from the river s edge or simply watch the wildlife. Close by is Potter Heigham with shops and places to eat. Visit Winterton on Sea and enjoy watching the seals. Attractions include National Trust properties at Blickling and Felbrigg, or take a trip to Norwich to see the castle, museums, cathedrals, shopping and many restaurants to enjoy. Boats can be hired from nearby and can be moored on the 75 feet of river frontage at the property. Entering the lodge which is all on one level, through to the Kitchen/diner which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, the perfect place to rustle up a full meal or a light snack. Enjoy your breakfast in the dining area with views over the river, seating four. The lounge has beautiful views over the river, perfect to relax with a good book or catch with a movie on the TV/DVD, why not open the French doors leading onto the decking to let the outside in. If that is not enough room to admire the beauty of the location, there is a conservatory with furniture great to watch the boats go by. There are two double bedrooms, one which has a TV . A shower room comprising of shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
