About this Holiday Cottage

Riverside Cottage is an ideal holiday property for families and groups looking to enjoy a relaxing break in the Norfolk Broads. Located in the village of Wroxham, the cottage occupies a scenic location alongside the River Bure. In the nearby area you'll find plenty of opportunity for fishing, boating, walking, visiting the local pubs, and even feeding the ducks and swans. The bustling city of Norwich, Bure Railway and stunning stately homes are also close by.

Inside

On the ground floor is a spacious lounge area which includes a waterside-facing bay window, comfortable chairs, a sofa, 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player, patio doors that lead to the garden and an electric flame fire.

The dining room is open plan with the lounge and there's enough seating for eight to nine people. An access door leads through to the kitchen which is fully equipped with a built-in cooker and hob, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.

A vacuum cleaner and high chair are stored in the hallway storage area.

In the garage is a small chest freezer.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

The cottage has a double bedroom and two twin rooms on the first floor, as well as a brand new luxury shower room with large walk in shower, toilet and washbasin.

On the second floor is a master en-suite bedroom featuring a king size bed. Should you require it, a cot can also be provided.

Outside

To the front of the property is a waterside patio garden with furniture. Enjoy a spot of al fresco dining as the sun goes down.

If you have your own boat or are looking to hire one, private mooring is available.

Other Things to Note

Free, unlimited Wi-Fi is provided for guests.

Subject to a rod licence, guests can enjoy private fishing from the garden.

Although the cottage does not have a washing machine, a modern laundrette is only 50 metres away.
