About this property

Surrounded by the open countryside of Burlingham Green, this linked barn has a contemporary feel and wonderful views. Burlingham Green is ideally placed for exploring the Broads, the North Norfolk coast and the ancient cathedral city of Norwich.

Ideal for friends to spend some time away together or a family with older children, this linked barn offers open-plan living with a spacious, modern contemporary feel, yet it still retains original features such as exposed beams and open brickwork. The sitting area is a lovely, relaxing, light room with french doors opening to the patio and garden. The ground floor master en-suite bedroom, with a separate shower, has french doors to the courtyard, and you will find three further delightful bedrooms offering versatile sleeping (one double and two super-king/twin zip-and-link beds which can be set up to suit your party's needs) and two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. A mezzanine snug with office space on the first floor gives you a cosy option for watching television, an opportunity to catch up with some work or perhaps enjoy a good book, away from the main party.

With both an internal courtyard and a garden with stunning open country views, Thatch Barn offers a choice for al fresco dining, sunbathing and sundowners, and is simply a wonderful place to relax with friends and family.

This is a lovely converted barn in a peaceful position. The rooms were nicely appointed and kitchen well-equipped. The only problem we had is one of the bathrooms smelled unpleasantly of drains.
