This beautiful log cabin is also located a short distance from popular Norfolk Broad’s towns such as Coltishall and Wroxham, and just over 15 miles from popular areas of the North Norfolk coast such as Cromer and Sheringham.

For those seeking somewhere with a touch of character, and looking to truly escape from everyday life, this rural retreat perhaps defines escapism more than any other! Keen fisherman will be delighted to hear that fishing is available onsite in Langmere Lake! Fish for Carp, Bream, Pike, Roach, Rudd and Tench on site!

Full to the brim with character, Fat Rascals Retreat comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 with ensuite bathroom with shower), a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen as well as a family bathroom with shower.

The open plan living area is beautifully furnished and includes a living area with Smart television (with Netflix login) and electric wood burner as well as a dining table with seating for up to 6 when extended. You might even be tempted out onto the balcony for some alfresco dining overlooking the lake! You’ll also find a convenient workspace with office chair in the open plan space.

For nature enthusiasts and keen ‘twitchers’, the large balcony is likely where you’ll enjoy your morning coffee, with the area well renown as a popular birdwatching spot.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with utensils and full range of kitchen amenities including an oven, hobs, kettle, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher.

The master bedroom offers a super king size bed with ensuite bathroom with shower. In the second bedroom you’ll find a king size bed. There is also an additional family bathroom also with shower. The lounge features a sofa bed suitable for an extra guest, please let us know at the time of booking if you require this (please note you must bring your own bedding for it).

The property offers easy access to Langmere lakes, with fishing permitted free of charge for 2 people.
