We really enjoyed our week at lovely Colveston Manor. Peaceful location. Walked and cycled local area - lovely walks at Lynford Water and Lynford Arboretum. The Shepherds Baa at the Arboretum is a great cafe after a walk. We enjoyed visiting Ely and Cambridge (recommend Cambridge park and ride) which are about an hour by car. Also about an hour away is Holt where we parked at the North Norfolk Railway for the Poppy Line steam train to Sheringham.

We all enjoyed our week at Colveston Manor .Loved the house and the kitchen was a great place for all of us to gather. Our visit to Dads Army Museum and to Norwich were really great.A very peaceful enjoyable break .Mr Nick Emmet was so helpful prior to holiday with any last minute queries. The showers and bathroom would have benefitted from bath mats / showere mats as floor were slippy. Also the direction to farm stated look for white railing .We all thought these would be metal .No railings just a fence hidden by undergrowth
