There is plenty of outdoor furniture making a great place for some alfresco dining whilst enjoying the surrounding countryside views. There are plenty of walking and cycling opportunities from the door with the neighbouring village of Little Fransham boasting amenities including a public house and farm shop. The market towns of Dereham and Swaffham are about 7 miles from the property and are home to plenty of high street shops and pubs. Further afield is the magnificent city of Norwich with its stunning cathedrals, extensive shopping and fine selection of restaurants. A little further afield are the world-renowned Norfolk Broads where you can hire a boat for the day, or even take a trip to the North Norfolk coast and visit the its many quaint seaside villages, such as Wells and Holkham. Whatever you decide to do, the cottage will provide a wonderful holiday at any time of the year.
Little Fransham is a small village in rural North Norfolk half way between Kings Lynn and Norwich. The village is spread across both sides of the A47 and is home to a village pub called The Canary and Linnet. Just six miles from Little Fransham is the delightful market town of Swaffham. The local area is known as The Brecks, an area of countryside offering forest, heathland and agricultural landscapes.
