The main lounge offers a smart TV and a large dining table (8 seater) to celebrate special occasions. There is a further flexible lounge space with comfy sofas, creating a separate gaming zone or seating hub for quiet conversation or enjoying independence to watch your choice of TV.
The French doors open onto a generous garden, with a large patio and a private hot tub, an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the peaceful surroundings. The expansive gardens envelop the property, offering plenty of space. Children can run freely in a safe, enclosed environment, while adults enjoy alfresco dining, morning coffee, or simply taking in the fresh country air.
Flexible sleeping accommodation is available, there are three independent bedrooms each furnished with sofa beds, and the secondary lounge area also includes a sofa bed, providing extra accommodation, to suit different guests’ needs. Flexible sleeping welcomes 8 adults, having additional accommodation for 5 children.
Enjoying a tranquil rural location yet within easy reach of local amenities. The bustling market town of Dereham hosts regular market days, an indoor swimming pool, a leisure centre, a golf course, a bowling alley, a cinema, shops, supermarkets, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Home to the Mid-Norfolk Railway, enjoy an 11-mile trip through the countryside onto the historic market town of Wymondham, and during November to Christmas enjoy the ‘Polar Express Experience’.
The City of Norwich with castle museum, restaurants, and indoor shopping malls just 30 30-minute’ drive. The amazing North Norfolk Coastline with sandy beaches, rspb nature and bird reserves is 45 45-minute’ drive. Wells-next-the-Sea with a famous quay, excellent sandy beach, a mix of artisan and traditional seaside shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs and amusements. Beach 26 miles. Supermarkets 4 miles. We have just had a fantastic week at Bumble Bee Farm.Peter and Gill were incredibly helpful, welcoming and the communications prior to our holiday were excellent.The house is extremely stylish, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The generous welcome basket was a nice touch.Located in the countryside with an abundance of wildlife to be observed it is only 10 minute drive into the local town of Dereham. We cannot praise Bumble Bee Farm or Peter and Gill highly enough and would definitely return.Dave, Karen, Ryan, Erin and Scarlett.

We had the pleasure of staying at Bumble Bee Farm for four nights over New Year. There was 8 of us in total, we had such a great time, everything is outstanding, nice technology throughout, they've thought of everything right down to the minor details that makes this a perfect destination. The communication from Gill and Peter was perfect, we were greated with balloons and banners, a welcome basket with some treats and goodies and a warm hot tub to help us relax and watch the world go by. The views are fabulous and there is local wildlife that passes the door.We took a 35 minute walk through the fields to the pub and had a drive out to Great Yarmouth for some sea air one afternoon. We'd definitely return to Bumble Bee Farm without hesitation. Thanks again, Mark, Kel, Paul, Anna & kids.
