Head to the stunning coastline and take a stroll on Cromer Pier, undertake a spot of crabbing on Blakeney Quay or visit picturesque Wells-next-the-Sea with its famous painted beach huts and wide sandy beach. Or head to the gateway to the Norfolk broads, Wroxham and join a tour or hire you own day launch so you can drift along these famous waterways, taking in the serenity and wealth of wildlife.

Had a lovely few days at barwick retreat. The retreat was extremely comfortable and had everything that you could want. Extremely dog friendly with an enclosed private garden. Will definitely be rebooking. Met the hosts and they were so welcoming would highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay at Barwick Lodge for our mini moon and honestly couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate.The cottage is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel welcoming and special from the moment we arrived.One of the highlights was the private garden and hot tub. It felt completely secluded and wasn't overlooked at all, so we could fully relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings in total privacy.The setting is wonderfully quiet and tranquil, making it the perfect escape from everyday life. We spent our time unwinding, enjoying the countryside, and making the most of the calm atmosphere.The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming and gave us the bottle of prosecco as a wedding gift - it was such a lovely touch that made our mini moon feel even more special.We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already talking about coming back. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barwick Lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable getaway. A perfect 5-star stay!

We were blown away by this quaint cottage. Three hosts were excellent and so very welcoming. The actual cottage itself was gorgeous and we loved our stay here!The cottage is located in a gorgeous little village with a Morrisons a stones throw away. Only half an hour away from Norwich, the cottage was in the perfect place to relax away from city life. The hot tub helped too!
