Inside the property is just as impressive as the outside, as this light and airy house has been thoughtfully created and furnished to incorporate contemporary style with complete comfort. It has major green credentials such as solar panels; an air source heat pump; underfloor heating; and completed with full insulation, giving this property a zero-carbon score. There is also the added bonus of a Tesla EV charger.

The open-plan living space comprises of a well-equipped kitchen/dining area with seating for all guests and a relaxed sitting space to unwind after enjoying a sociable meal in front of the cosy wood burning stove. This space also includes two large sliding doors, allowing you to wander seamlessly from the house to the garden. The sleeping accommodation is across three bedrooms. The master bedroom occupies the first floor and enjoys a double bed in a light filled room and en-suite bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower. This bedroom also features doors leading out onto the roof top terrace with garden furniture, presenting the perfect place for a morning coffee. Both bedrooms two and three reside on the ground floor; bedroom two with a double bed and doors opening out to a small patio area at the side of the house with lawned area and views across fields. There is also an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower. Bedroom three also features a double bed and en-suite shower room.

Outside a further terrace awaits with garden furniture and beyond that, a beautiful flower meadow during the spring. The garden has an open pond which attracts wildlife and is a very peaceful place to sit and relax. Whether you are enjoying the tranquillity of your surroundings or lighting the barbecue for a summer gathering, Chandos Lodge is the perfect place for you and your friends, or a family with older children.

There is parking for up to four cars on the driveway. There is also a Tesla electric car charging point.
