" Milk in the fridge and cake on the table to greet us. The owner was available if we needed her but otherwise kept to herself. One thing to note is that you can't get the car very close to the cottage so if it's raining hard or you have heavy luggage this could be a problem for some people. We had neither heavy cases nor heavy rain so we were fine. Other than that we loved our stay here and are hoping to come back again next year. "
" We were frustrated by a very slow filling lavatory cistern and a DVD player that seemed not to work. We were also concerned at the lack of recycling, and felt that some kitchen surfaces and equipment were not as clean as would be desirable given the Covid situation. Information about the area (shops etc) was very basic, and we would have been rather lost without the internet - which was ok. "
"The accommodation was cosy and well equipped for a self catering stay. There were plenty of cleaning materials/ products provided as well as Towels, Flannels, Soaps and Shower gel plus Hair Dryer in bedroom cupboard. We very much enjoyed the evenings out on the veranda when weather permitted. There is a large flat screen TV in the cosy living room along with some DVD's, Games and Books. RSPB Frampton Marsh very close by and a short drive to Kirton there is a Co op for supplies. It was ..."
" The kitchen was well equipped with all the usual stuff, (the frying pan could do with replacing). We especially loved having the comfortable outdoor chairs to put on the sunny veranda & free access to the huge garden to find shade from the, sometimes, very hot sun. It made for a peaceful break in this manic time of Covid. Having Frampton RSPB reserve on the doorstep was a huge plus which we really enjoyed. "

We did feel that with a little modernisation West Wing could offer so much more. "
" Very nice homemade cake and teabread to welcome us. "
" Once again I was made very welcome by Mr & Mrs Parker. On arrival I was left Cake, Milk, Coffee & Water. This is a very nice place to stay - hence my four visits - I will be booking to stay again next year (2021) "
" The owner Janet was a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome. "
"Friendly owner and lovely cake left for our arrival."
" only criticism is that there was no clothes washing machine "
" Friendly proprietor. Very reasonable cost. "
" Very peaceful surroundings mainly tweeting birds and the surroundings were well and truly beautiful would certainly book again and would recommend it also handy to reach other destinations "
" Comfortable location out in the countryside but easy access to Spalding and Boston. Great having a bath with lots of hot water. Nice cosy lounge. "
" Janer & Bill, the owners always make me very welcome and leave me Cakes, Milk, Bottled Water, Tea Bags & Coffee on arrival. It's warm & comfortable, plenty of towels, tea towels, soap, kitchen & toilet rolls. This year had a new large flat screen tv in the lounge. ***** Norman Ward Market Deeping. "
" Missing items were trivial and we easily managed without them. A problem with the TV was fixed on the same day and a new replacement TV was supplied and fitted the next day. There was a more than ample supply of towels and toiletries. In a cold week there were sufficient heaters to keep the rooms cosy. We have no hesitation in recommending this property and would certainly try to rebook if we return to this area. "
"It was lovely to sit either in the lounge or outside and appreciate the birds and squirrels within the garden. Our dog loved the decked area to sit out on and soak up the September sunshine. The choice of bath and shower was lovely and the WiFi was a real bonus. The toiletries and amount of towels couldn’t be faulted, neither could the teabags, coffee, milk and bottles of water left in the kitchen. A couple of suggestions for improvement are more coat hangers in the wardrobe and a hairdryer. A more defined and secure area for a dog would be good as the garden is open plan and shared with the owners. In general it’s a very nice place to have a relaxing break away. We hope to return next year."

"Everything you needed was there A bigger tv would good . Great garden for the dog, but not fenced off. good job she does not wander. . Only downside for the dog is that we could not walk our her ,so missed out on our 2 hours walkies every , road ways just not safe as no pathway whatsoever. Did try but cars in too much in a hurry, and no place to step to the side. Lovely couple there and left us to ourselves even with a connecting door. Thank you Janet and Bill."
