Pine Rigg is within a complex of apartments known as Quarry Rigg, ideal for those looking for a central location within walking distance of a variety of shops and a good choice of restaurants close at hand. There is a regular bus service and the railway station is situated close by for holidaymakers preferring to use public transport. Pine Rigg is within a few minutes walk of the lake and is furnished in a contemporary style and we are sure that much use will be made of the balcony for ’al fresco’ evenings whenever possible.

Good decent accomodation for family .. very near to Windermere lake .. loved the balcony

Clean and comfortable with easy acces to Bownes with shops and restaurants. Unsure about parking arrangements but managed to find space each evening. Well equipped though WiFi would have been useful. Overall, a relaxing stay in a great location. Thank you.
