We enjoyed our stay here, its in a great location and has a parking space. There was just a few things like only 2 toilet rolls and not any spare bin bags which were needed. But it was clean and did the job for our weekend away.

Great location. Close to the lakeshore and Handy for public transport to grasmere and Ambleside . Was a perfect spot for chilling at the end of a day out in the lakes .

A really lovely place with a perfect location for Bownes as well as being right by a bus stop to go to any of the other main lake locations. A good space for six people with the dining area and living room, comfy beds and really modern bathrooms. Only thing to note is the top bedroom has quite low ceilings and a very low entrance into the room!
