There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property. 

Fireworks/drones are not allowed at this property. 

There is a GBP 250 security deposit payable 2 weeks prior to your holiday.  Please telephone the owner and give your card details.  This will be returned 14 days after departure. 

This holiday property is suitable for couples or family groups who wish to discover the Lakes. .  Ground Floor:

    The location was great, very close to Windermere and Bowness on Windermere as well as all the lakes near by. the cottage could comfortably accommodate 10 people with four bedrooms all ensuite, two living rooms a large dining room and conservatory. there was also a lovely garden with BBQ facilities. there is also off road parking for up to four cars

    Large house suitable for our large diverse family needs, bathroom in each bedroom was perfect, loads of room and comfort downstairs, in a fantastic location with a doable walk to windermere town centre.
