Renovated in 2022, this stylish contemporary apartment is situated on the ground floor with allocated parking to the rear and just a short walk from all local amenities. The property offers a fully fitted white high gloss kitchen, open plan to the living room with top of the range leather sofas, one of which reclines to enjoy an evening of total relaxation in front of the 50" Smart TV where you can hook up your Netflix account or perhaps reading your favourite book or just relax on after a full day of exploring the area. The bedroom offers a kingsize bed, in addition there’s a stunning bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, mirror with Bluetooth, LED colour changing lights and de-mister.

Bowness-on-Windermere is situated halfway along Lake Windermere and is now the Lake District’s most popular attraction where people come to enjoy outdoor activities including sailing and water sports.

Orrest Head is also nearby, a short circular walk accessible from Windermere to the summit which was Wainwright’s introduction to the Lake District. Bowness forms part of the gateway to the lakes offering easy access to other popular towns by car including, Ambleside, Grasmere, Staveley and Kendal and of course easy access to other popular walks in the area including meanders around lakes or up the fells.

Bowness on Windermere is also popular by night offering a wealth of delightful restaurants and bars as well as takeaway options should you prefer a quiet night in.

    We have stayed here 4 times now and still have another 2 bookings this year, we love the place as it's so comfortable and just the perfect size for us. The location is perfect as it's literally a 2 minute walk from the town.The apartment is well equipped for self catering, the shower is great, the leather reclining sofa is ideal for watching the large smart TVThere is a private parking space which is a bonus.We have just got back home yesterday and can't wait until we go back again in May for our anniversary.

    Great location , good for parking close to local amenities. All very clean and everything you need for a two person break . Only negatives are bed and couch are quite uncomfortable, apart than that very good. Accommodation.

    Small but everything you need, bed not so great but we expect that sometimes, bit hard for me.It has neighbours so expect to have some noise, but it wasn’t anything to worry about.
