A short walk will bring you to Lakeside (0.3miles) where you will find Windermere Lake Cruises take a spectacular sail up to Bowness or Ambleside with their many attractions or across the Lake to Fellfoot for playgrounds & picnics. Lakeside is also the home of The Aquarium of the Lakes with its captivating marine life and otters. You can also hop on board the Furness Steam Railway or take Afternoon Tea in the elegant gardens of The Lakeside Hotel with stunning views across the Lake.
