You’ll have everything you need to rustle up something scrumptious, and whilst you are waiting for your meal to cook you can perch at the central island or on the window seat. There’s a spacious table for sociable feasts, or why not head outside and dine alfresco? The ground floor is also home to the cosy snug and the first of the bedrooms that also boasts an en-suite shower room. Making the most of the views, the lounge is on the first floor and is a sanctuary for family films and evening games. There are three further bedrooms on this level, two of which have en-suites, and there is a superb family bathroom with a sunken bath for an added splash of luxury. Outside and across the courtyard, you’ll discover a separate annexe that can be booked for an additional cost. Inside, there is a ground-floor sitting area and a first-floor bedroom complete with low-sloped ceilings and an en-suite shower room. The large garden is perfect for two hounds to play in until dusk, then it’s time to light the fire pit and toast marshmallows under the stars.
