Nice position close to walks and park. Good safe parking Heating works well Tv is a little hard to watch as it keeps disappearing . The main change if I was asked would be for a walk in shower would really improve the facilities. Thanks regards Colin

The parking is a great asset. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine if needed too. An airer would have been helpful as although there is an outside line, the weather wasnât the best to try and dry items. There is a towel rail but runs off central heating so we didnât use it. It is a great place to stay in and well equipped for self catering. A few maintenance/cleaning issues that would be of benefit and not meant as criticism in any way. Cobwebs, dust/dirt around the radiators/towel rail (floor level) and doors need wiping down neat handles . Cooker hood needs a clean (too high for me to clean it all over). Lights in kitchen kept flickering. Plug sockets by bed do not work but not sealed off or any notification. TV reception not brilliant especially on really wet days. Towels left for us had stains on but we took our own so not a big issue. Truly loved the bird feeder! Wonderful to watch the busy birds going backwards and forwards to the nuts. They demolished a filled coconut shell within a day! The garden is delightful and peaceful. Seating areas were wonderfully placed and relaxing when weather allowed. A good break to recharge your batteries!
