Bedroom 3: With kingsize bed, Freeview TV and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. .  Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  2 travel cots and highchair.  .  Large enclosed garden patio and garden furniture.  Private parking for 2 cars.  No smoking. .  Perfect for any large family or get together, Rolton House has spacious and very comfortable accommodation for your stay, and enjoys a view of Loughrigg Fell.  The contemporary, large living room has plenty of comfy seating for everyone, and by opening up the French doors, you gain extra space for alfresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee in the private and enclosed garden area.  A large open plan kitchen with chic dining area is perfect for entertaining, and if the younger members want their own space, there is a hideaway for them too! Every bedroom is beautifully presented, one with en-suite, as well as an additional family bathroom. 

Step outside, and just a short stroll you are in the heart of Ambleside, with an abundance of shops, cafés and eateries, walks for all abilities can be found on hand or just a short drive away, and the Lakes Cruise terminal is just a 10-minute walk away at Waterhead. 

Further afield and just a short drive or bus ride, and you have Gra. . .

    Location was excellent. House was fully kitted out so great facility's all Round. Small issue with Boiler but was fixed same Day, great customer care from Agent.well done. Thank you for a great stay, would recommend.

    Location is a 5 minutes walk to village centre. Close to pubs, shops and restaurants. Car parking a huge advantage. Clean and large property ideal for our family of 6. Has everything you need that you wouldn’t expect such as toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, dish sponge, dish cloth, washing up liquid, tea towels and bathroom towels.
