There was only WiFi at the main complex, not in the caravan, which just seemed like they were too cheap to pay for site-wide WiFi.We didn’t have a DVD remote and only half of the buttons on the TV remote worked. We had to wait until day 3 to tell someone this as there was never anyone at reception when we arrived back after a day out - at 6pm. It wasn’t exactly late at night! No replacement remotes were forthcoming even after reporting this. Our caravan was clean but the bathroom and bedroom always seemed damp. Even with the fan on and the windows open our towels didn’t dry in the bathroom so we had to turn the heating on (in July!) to dry them off. The cupboard in the bedroom left all of our clothes feeling cool and damp, but there was nowhere else to put our clothes due to limited storage. The bedrooms were tiny - there were only 2 of us but I dread to think how tight it all would have been if we’d had children for the second bedroom. The main bedroom door got stuck on the bed was it was so tight, which meant constantly manoeuvring to get in and out of the bedroom. If we were larger, it would have been a struggle! The caravan itself felt dated and tired, like it was in desperate need of an upgrade.

Having ordered a Rothay caravan we found ourselves in a private caravan which was pet free and very tidy and clean. However the shower needs a bit of TLC.
