Weekend was lovely, nice location and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. My only 2 negative reviews: 1. The Wi-Fi is very bad. We could hardly connect from our lodge/caravan. Given you go to this to relax, its time to catch-up on some Netflix etc it was impossible to do that. 2. The restaurant was not great. First, the food was not tasty at all. Needed more flavour. Secondly, it was noisy because there was a lot of kids activities that night. I would suggest if they have similar events in future that's held in a separate kids areas.

Partner got food poisoning from the restaurant which resulted in us being up all night because he was violently been sick. I ordered a kebab which was meant to come with salad, came with none and I went to the bar to ask. She replied that they had no salad but my partner had got salad on his burger? Eventually I did get what was advertised on the menu and the waitress brought salad to the table. Restaurant was very depressing-sad music playing and not any atmosphere.

Caravan was very clean and tidy, some light fittings were a bit dusty, there were no mattress or pillow protectors on the beds, but otherwise no complaints. We had no heating or tv when we arrived but staff came and sorted it very quickly. Phone signal can be a bit hit and miss but there is wi-fi on site in Reception.
