Country lanes will take you by foot or bike to two of the most popular pubs in the area, the Masons Arms, 1 a mile away, voted the cosiest Cumbria village pub and the Hare and Hounds, a 15 minute walk, enjoys a great reputation for it s warm welcome and quality bar food at affordable prices.

Within a ten minute drive is Lake Windermere and Cartmel with its priory and race days and Bowness on Windermere is a 15 minute drive along quiet country roads.

Cosy second sitting room with wood burning stove.
Farmhouse style kitchen with electric oven and hob, ornamental cast iron range, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

Master bedroom (access is via a spiral staircase from the lounge) with vaulted cruickshank beam, 5’ four poster bed, wood burning stove with TV above, window seat with view down the valley and en-suite shower room with hand basin and WC.
