Reasons i gave these ratings is because1.On arrival the girls in reception wasn't very welcoming, throughout our stay they weren't very helpful or seemed like they were very interested. 2. Parking isn't very good, we stayed in a caravan and was advised that there would be parking but the parking spots aren't allocated to the caravans so sometimes they were full.3. On first glance at the caravan we thought ot wqs lovely (it was fairly new) but on closer inspection as we started to pack away our belongings I could see that it hadn't been cleaned very well at all. The floors were dirty, there was an item of clothing left behind in a cupboard in the living room, hair bobble under the bed, the outside hadn't been swept or cleaned when we went to sit on the decking i jad to sweep it myself and get rid of all the cobwebs. 4. They are running it very much on the cheap, only two toilet rolls for 4 of us for 4 days, one towel each, no soap or sanitiser or wipes, not even a bit of sugar, salt amd pepper jars empty. Then they want you to strip the beds when you leave and put all the bedding in a bag for them, i think its a bit cheeky doing the cleaners job for them especially when i had to give the place a clean when we arrived. 4. Play area is very poor, not much for the kids to play on, not even a swing. 5. The pub food wasn't very nice at all and the pub itself haf a really bad smell to it, we ate there once and didn't return. Positives- staff in the pub were very friendly and helpful. Lovely views from the beer garden and excellent location, peaceful and relaxing. We will try a different park next time, maybe white cross bay.

Location and onsite shop and restaurant were very good, the only downside to the hoilday was the cleanest of the caravan, we found it dirty with toothpaste over the bathroom, half eaten sweets over the bedroom floor and dirty under the table.. after covid 19.. not much cleaning was undertaken I doubt they even anti bac any surfaces.
