    This contemporary detached cottage is situated in the picturesque town of Grange-over-Sands, Within the Lake District National Park, Cumbria. This impressive property has been excellently refurbished with a combination of contemporary and rustic living in a peaceful and rural location, offering families and friends alike an idyllic retreat to come back to after adventuring. Upon entering the property, you will walk into a superb open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room where you can relax and unwind with family and friends.     "It was a 90th birthday treat for our Mum who had a wonderful time. She was perfectly capable of managing stairs and steps to the rear entrance. We have no negative comments to make but unfortunately forgot to write our comments in the book. Please pass these on to the owners as we will definitely consider booking cottage again should we wish to visit the area."

    " Beautiful fitted kitchen. So nice that it was equipped with salt and pepper and vegetable oil and dishwasher tablets. Everything was so clean and tidy. Such thought had gone into the decor. WiFi was brilliant and no problems with mobile phone signals. Lovely quiet and peaceful location!!!!! "

    " We used the wooden garden table which we left up for the duration of our stay but couldn't understand why a permanent table and chairs was missing, when you can see the owners have renovated the house to such a high standard. Kitchen was well equipped, brilliant oven, there were champagne glasses but couldn't find any wine glasses. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the property. "

    " Owners had put out little extras too which were a lovely welcoming touch. Bedding etc was fabulous. Cottage is stunning. The only thing that would improve this cottage is the addition of WiFi. I stumbled across it by chance as normally WiFi is a “must”. However as it was only 5 days thought we would take the chance. Definitely missed it as mobile only had intermittent coverage. "
